Details disclosed on Saturday describe the sale of a three-room apartment on Nahum Street in Netanya's Ramat Yadin neighborhood for NIS 1.45 million. The 50-square-meter property is on the fourth and top floor, with no elevator, parking or balcony. Agent Yossi Babil of RE/MAX Maximum said it had been marketed for about two months at an asking price of NIS 1.49 million. The sellers sought better accessibility, while the local buyer saw potential in anticipated urban renewal. The report did not specify the sale date or when renewal might be completed.
