10D partner Emmanuelle Lipski reported that 353 seed rounds involving Israeli companies had been completed since the fourth quarter of 2024, citing PitchBook data. In her analysis, median round size rose from $5 million to $8 million, while the quarterly number of rounds fell from 77 in the first quarter of 2025 to 27 in what she described as the most recent quarters. She did not identify those later quarters in the article. Lipski described capital concentration moving from mega rounds into early-stage financing.
