The IDF announced Sunday evening that it had killed Muad Jamal Abu Nasira, a commander in Hamas's military wing, in a strike earlier in the day near Khan Younis in Gaza. It also identified Mahmoud Ibrahim Dib Aliyan, a Hamas observation operative, as killed in a separate strike Saturday. The statement described recent efforts to attack IDF troops near the Yellow Line and rebuild Hamas capabilities in violation of the ceasefire. The military said precision munitions and aerial surveillance were used to reduce civilian harm. Southern Command forces remain deployed under the agreement.
