Jury Shown Crime-Scene Reconstruction in Beau Lamarre-Condon Double-Murder Trial

A NSW Supreme Court jury was shown a computer-generated reconstruction of the prosecution’s account of the alleged killings of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies on Wednesday. It depicted possible bullet trajectories through Baird’s Paddington home, where prosecutors allege the men were shot on February 19, 2024. Beau Lamarre-Condon, 31, denies murder and aggravated break and enter. Justice Natalie Adams warned jurors that the kitchen reconstruction was not to scale and not all evidence about the shot to Baird’s head had been presented. The defence says the men were accidentally shot during separate struggles and Lamarre-Condon acted in self-defence.
