On the occasion of the reopening of the University of Benghazi, following its development works, I recall many memories, as I was one of its students, and from it I carried with me much knowledge and many memories. Its reopening, after our victory in the battle against terrorism, is a message: reconstruction after destruction. Congratulations to Benghazi on this great edifice.
