Thousands gathered from the city of Tarim and the Hadramaut Valley, along with visitors from various countries around the world, affirming the importance of the Prophet’s biography and his leadership of the ummah, and calling for faithfully following him and adopting his character. Celebration events: the Tayala and Zaff procession: Before noon, crowds arrived in the Zaff procession from near the Mula Aidid Mosque in a grand procession to Dar al-Mustafa. They carried banners of loyalty, love, and support for God and His Messenger, repeated devotional songs commemorating the Messenger of God, and supplicated to God to improve the circumstances of Muslims in the East and West.
