Yisrael Beiteinu proposed service at age 18 across communities, while Together called for service without exemptions and both detailed benefit restrictions for non-service. Religious Zionism proposed a Basic Law prioritizing service members, while Shas stressed adapting the IDF to Haredi life and United Torah Judaism sought legal recognition for Torah learners.
