Sa'ar Says Venezuela Rescue Mission Transcends Politics

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar said Tuesday evening that Israel is sending a rescue mission to Venezuela because supporting people in moments of tragedy transcends politics, despite the absence of formal diplomatic relations. The joint Foreign Ministry and IDF Home Front Command delegation will be led by Ambassador Yoed Magen and Brig. Gen. Elad Edri, with engineers and disaster-response specialists.
