Sunflower Renewable Investments signed a binding agreement to acquire all shares in three operating photovoltaic projects in Spain with combined capacity of about 137 MW. The company will pay approximately €90 million, including €1.2 million contingent consideration, and paid a €500,000 deposit at signing. The portfolio has potential for about 500 MWh of battery storage, subject to grid allocations and regulatory approvals. Completion depends on a financial closing acceptable to Sunflower by October 31, and the company said the purchase could lift its operating portfolio to about 300 MW by the end of 2026.
