IDF Kills Hezbollah Operative Spotted Near Troops
The IDF said an Israeli Air Force aircraft, guided by troops on the ground, struck and killed a Hezbollah operative Tuesday who was identified operating near IDF forces in the southern Lebanon village of Manzleh. The military said the operative's activity posed a threat to the troops, and Times of Israel and Ynet both carried the same IDF account. The strike keeps pressure on Hezbollah after the Lebanon framework and protects soldiers holding the security zone so the Iranian-backed terror army cannot creep back toward northern communities.
