NICE Q2 Revenue Climbs 7.6% to $782.3 Million

NICE reported second-quarter revenue of $782.3 million, up 7.6% from a year earlier and above the high end of its guidance. Cloud revenue increased 12.6% to $609.0 million, while artificial-intelligence annual recurring revenue reached $362 million and 15% of cloud revenue. GAAP net income fell to $83.2 million from $187.4 million as operating margin narrowed to 13.3% from 22.1%. The Israeli software company raised its full-year non-GAAP earnings-per-share outlook to $11.06-$11.26 and maintained revenue guidance of $3.17 billion-$3.19 billion.
