Bezeq reported second-quarter core revenue of NIS 2.03 billion, up 4% from a year earlier, while comparable net profit rose 38% to NIS 315 million. Comparable EBITDA increased 6.2% to NIS 978 million, and the group said higher revenue and lower financing and operating expenses supported profitability. The board recommended a NIS 415 million dividend and approved a new NIS 100 million share-buyback plan. Bezeq also said its fiber network passed more than 3 million homes, retail broadband average revenue per user reached NIS 142, and its 2026 outlook remained unchanged.
