IDF Says Gaza Strikes Killed Hamas Money-Exchange Network Chief Jabr Moqbel and a Sniper

The IDF said on Friday that two strikes in the Gaza Strip on Thursday killed two operatives of Hamas' military wing. A strike in the Deir al-Balah area killed Jabr Moqbel, who the IDF said led the "Moqbel" money exchange network, which transferred millions of shekels in foreign currency to Hamas to finance terrorists, restore military infrastructure and advance attacks on IDF troops. A second strike in the Khan Younis area killed Hasan al-Batta, a Hamas sniper operative. The IDF said both had recently advanced attacks against troops and Israeli civilians in systematic violation of the ceasefire, and that precise munitions and aerial surveillance were used to mitigate harm to civilians.
