Migdal Falls Below 5% Ownership of Shufersal After Share Sales

Shufersal reported on September 24 that Migdal had sold 3,143,038 of its shares in several Tel Aviv Stock Exchange transactions between July 1 and September 23. The filing lists an average sale price of 3,978.09 agorot per share, putting the reported sales at about NIS 125 million. Migdal retained 13,156,082 shares, equal to 4.93% of Shufersal's share capital and voting rights, and ceased to be a substantial shareholder.
