Anti-Government Protests Held Across Israel as Witnesses Report Kabri Clash

Anti-government demonstrations took place Saturday evening at dozens of road and junction sites across Israel, opposing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his government and judicial changes. Protest locations included Kabri, Alonim, Haifa, Nahariya, Zichron Yaakov and Maagan Michael. At Kabri Junction, witnesses said a driver shouted at protesters and attempted to advance toward people at a crossing. They said passengers then left the vehicle, one seized a woman's Israeli flag and tried to strike other protesters with its pole, and two flags were broken. No physical injuries were reported in the account.
