Ness Ziona Says Its Treasurer Was Summoned for Questioning Over Insurance Contract

Ness Ziona's municipality says its treasurer was summoned for questioning on Sunday morning following a complaint the city filed with Lahav 433 several months ago concerning an engagement with an insurance agency. The municipality says it is cooperating fully with investigators. In its response, the city emphasized its commitment to transparency and protecting public funds and trust. It said it had worked with the Interior Ministry, in accordance with the law, to end the treasurer's role as soon as possible.
