Bizportal Unveils Apartment Comparison Tool Using Recorded Israeli Sales

Courtroom-sketch editorial illustration of archival Jerusalem apartment buildings, balconies and rooftop water heaters; contextual Israeli housing scene, not a screenshot of the apartment comparison tool or its launch.

Bizportal has disclosed a new tool that compares Israeli apartments with recorded sales of similar properties. Its search expands from the same building to the street, nearby parcels within 400 metres and then the city, using 12 months of transactions or up to 24 months when data are sparse. Comparisons allow differences of no more than one room and 20% in floor area; users enter an address, room count and size, with an optional asking price. The tool displays transaction details and price ranges, limits each parcel to three sales and flags thin samples or withholds an estimate.
