Published

In municipal responses published on October 5, Rehovot said its overall health-promotion budget is about NIS 1 million, with tens of thousands of shekels allocated to six community health and resilience initiatives presented in a municipal booklet. Five initiatives are operating, with dozens of residents participating. The municipality said the overall budget also covers other health activities and that it intends to gradually expand participation and the number of initiatives. Funding combines municipal resources with the national GufNefesh and EfshariBari programs. Residents developed the initiatives through the city's training program for community health and resilience leaders.
