Fidelity was selling 5.7 million shares in Israeli camera maker NextVision for about NIS 1.3 billion on Monday evening. Goldman Sachs was distributing the block in Israel, with foreign institutions reported to have purchased most of it. Those purchases were estimated at about NIS 1 billion. Fidelity held 8.8 million NextVision shares before the transaction; selling nearly two-thirds would leave it with about 3.1 million shares. The reduction would also end Fidelity's status as a substantial shareholder in the company.
