Raz Hershko Wins Bronze at World Judo Championships in Baku

Israel’s Raz Hershko won a bronze medal in the women’s over-78 kg category at the World Judo Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan, on Saturday, October 10. The official results placed Hershko joint third alongside Russia’s Mariia Ivanova. South Korea’s Lee Hyeonji won gold, while France’s Romane Dicko finished second in the category. The individual championships ran from October 4 to October 10, with the International Judo Federation listing 622 judoka from 93 countries for the competition in the Azerbaijani capital.
