Abou Family Residences Reports NIS 120 Million Purchase of 50 Netanya Apartments

Abou Family Residences, controlled by chairman Tzachi Abou, has bought 50 apartments from Azorim at its N Weizmann project in Netanya for approximately NIS 120 million, including VAT. The purchase comprises 42 four-room apartments and eight five-room apartments, with delivery expected within several months. The development, at Weizmann and Be'eri streets, includes three residential towers with 292 apartments and approximately 700 square metres of commercial space. Chief executive Haya Kind said the transaction advances the company's geographic expansion and diversification of its rental apartment clusters into additional high-demand areas.
