Dubai Launches GenDubAI to Help Parents Guide Children’s AI Use

Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence announced the launch of GenDubAI on October 14, a family AI literacy platform developed with the Community Development Authority and Dubai Future Foundation. Available in Arabic and English with a mobile-friendly version, it is designed for families with children aged 8–15. The platform offers interactive guidance on AI fundamentals, opportunities and challenges, aiming to help parents discuss responsible and creative use, privacy protection and critical thinking with their children. The initiative supports Dubai Social Agenda 33 and the UAE’s Year of the Family, with content, tools and educational pathways set to evolve.
