Fonterra CFO Andrew Murray Resigns, With Departure Set for Year-End

Fonterra says chief financial officer Andrew Murray has resigned to take a role outside the New Zealand dairy cooperative and will remain through the end of the calendar year to support the transition. Recruitment for his successor will begin immediately. Murray joined Fonterra in 2023 as commercial director in its Global Markets business and became chief financial officer in 2024. The cooperative said he helped oversee the Mainland Group divestment and its enterprise resource planning transformation, while chief executive Richard Allen thanked him for his contribution to significant changes and the finance team.
