Israel’s Chilled-Sausage Sales Total NIS 193 Million Through September

Newly reported StoreNext figures put chilled-sausage sales in Israeli supermarkets at about NIS 193 million from January through September 2026. The data cover refrigerated products sold through supermarkets and exclude sales at stands, restaurants, petrol stations and entertainment venues. Soglowek accounted for 42% of the category, followed by Tirat Zvi at about 27% and Yehiam at about 13.5%. The nine-month total corresponds to an annualized pace of about NIS 257.4 million, rather than a completed full-year result.
