Palestinian Reports Say Settlers Attacked Olive Harvesters at Several West Bank Sites

Palestinian reports on Saturday described attacks by settlers on Palestinian olive harvesters and volunteers accompanying them at several locations in the West Bank. At Deir Jarir, north of Ramallah, footage showed masked people throwing stones as harvesters left the area. Soldiers were visible beside masked people, but the timing of their arrival was unclear. Further Palestinian reports described an attack on harvesters at Jalud and alleged that olives had been stolen from groves at Burqa and Umm Safa; the reports did not establish a precise time for each incident.
