Meitav, Clal and Yelin Lapidot Reportedly Invest €165 Million in Frux Property Debt Fund

Meitav, Clal Insurance and Yelin Lapidot have invested about €165 million, equivalent to roughly NIS 570 million, in Frux Capital’s European property debt fund. The allocation brings three Israeli institutional investors into a lending vehicle focused on European real estate. Frux was established by Israeli property entrepreneurs Itamar Volkov and Uri Ilan. Its third fund has raised approximately €350 million and provides senior credit for property projects in Europe. Separately, Frux is preparing a fund focused on data centers.
