Argentine Prosecutors Seek to Question Suizo Argentina Executives in Disability Probe

Federal prosecutors Franco Picardi and Sergio Rodríguez asked judge Ariel Lijo to question Jonathan and Emmanuel Kovalivker, Suizo Argentina's president and vice-president, in the investigation into alleged corruption at Argentina's National Disability Agency. The request also covers other executives and pharmaceutical suppliers. Prosecutors allege Suizo coordinated with officials and fourteen other suppliers to control high-cost medicine purchases between May 2024 and August 2025, obtaining advance information and influencing prices, winning bids and payments. They attributed about 137.1 billion pesos in purchase orders to the company during that period.
