Megan Schutt Suspended for Two Matches Over Prescription Medication Breach

Cricket Australia has suspended Australian bowler Megan Schutt for two matches after she breached its Sports Science and Sports Medicine guidelines on prescription medication. The governing body said the breach involved one incident outside competition and was not for performance-enhancing purposes. Schutt will miss the third T20 international against New Zealand at North Sydney Oval on October 22 and Adelaide Strikers' opening Women's Big Bash League match against Melbourne Stars on October 31. She accepted the penalty and apologised for failing to meet expected standards.
