Israel’s Foreign Ministry Urges Caution in France Ahead of Further Protests

Israel’s Foreign Ministry advised Israelis in France and those planning visits to exercise extra caution and remain alert. The advisory cited violent disturbances in several areas on October 17 and concern about further protests and clashes, including around October 24 and November 5. It urged Israelis to avoid demonstrations and protest sites, including stopping to watch or film gatherings. The ministry also recommended preparing for public transport disruptions, monitoring movement restrictions and nighttime curfews, and following local news. Travelers planning a visit were asked to check conditions at their destinations and allow for restrictions or changes at short notice.
