France–Nigeria Business Council Postpones Lagos Forum After Macron Visit Is Delayed
Published
The France–Nigeria Business Council told participants on Saturday morning that its Lagos business forum, scheduled for 29 October 2026, had been postponed. In its email, the council attributed the change to the Nigerian and French presidents’ joint decision to postpone Emmanuel Macron’s state visit to Nigeria. The council said the state visit was now expected in 2027. It said a revised date and arrangements for the business forum would be communicated once confirmed, leaving the forum’s new schedule undecided.
