Restricting weapons to the hands of the state is not a political slogan but a national necessity and a fundamental pillar for consolidating stability and protecting social peace, through taking clear measures to control weapons, pursue outlaws, and prevent such incidents from recurring. May God have mercy on the fallen duty martyrs, grant the wounded a speedy recovery, and protect Iraq and its people.
