Replace the Netanyahu-led government

These selected parties campaigned to replace the Netanyahu-led government and ruled out joining it. After the vote, Eisenkot called on Netanyahu to step down, Bennett said he had lost, Liberman said he would still not sit with him, and Golan called for a change government.

A signed pact to form a government together

Their leaders signed a principles document on 26 September, pledging to act together right after the election to form a Zionist government of repair and rebuilding, and not to attack one another's parties until it is formed. It names no candidate for prime minister.

Open to an Arab-Jewish governing partnership

Both leave open an Arab-Jewish governing partnership rather than limiting cooperation to outside support. After the vote, Golan called for a change government in partnership with Israel's Arab citizens, and Abbas said Ra'am was willing to join an Eisenkot-led government once one was viable.
