IDF Says Islamic Jihad Rocket-Cell Chief Who Raided Kissufim Was Killed

The IDF said Mohsen Farid Said Abu al-Hadaf, head of a Palestinian Islamic Jihad rocket cell, was killed in a strike last weekend in Khan Younis. It said Abu al-Hadaf took part in the October 7 massacre by raiding the Kissufim area and had recently advanced attacks against Israeli troops and civilians in violation of the ceasefire. The military said precision munitions and aerial surveillance were used to reduce civilian harm. The Southern Command remains deployed under the agreement and will continue acting against immediate threats, the IDF said.
