Eco Atlantic Says Navitas-Linked Guyana Deal Is in Final Talks

Eco Atlantic CEO Gil Holzman said the company and Israeli energy firm Navitas Petroleum are in final-stage talks with Guyana over amended terms for the Orinduik offshore block. Holzman told Bizportal that the partners accepted all requested terms, sent an amended agreement about a week ago and are awaiting a government response, while acknowledging approval could slip beyond September. Eco's official update says the proposed structure gives Navitas an 80% interest and Eco 20%, with Eco carried for up to $11 million in exploration costs. The transaction remains subject to government approval.
