Poll Gives Likud 30 Seats and Netanyahu Bloc 59 Ahead of Primaries

A Direct Polls survey of 512 Israeli adults gives Likud 30 Knesset seats, up two from the previous poll, while Gadi Eisenkot's Yashar holds 23. The Democrats receive 10 seats, United Torah Judaism and Yisrael Beytenu each receive 9, and Shas and Naftali Bennett's Beyachad each receive 8. Otzma Yehudit receives 7. The Netanyahu-aligned bloc totals 59 seats, compared with 50 for the opposition change bloc and 11 for the Arab parties. The August 13 poll was conducted digitally for i24NEWS and reports a maximum sampling error of 4.2% at a 95% confidence level.
