Jerusalem Film Festival Sets 2026 Lineup

The 43rd Jerusalem Film Festival will run July 9-19 at the Jerusalem Cinematheque and Lev Smadar, giving Israel another major cultural showcase during wartime. The official festival pages list the 2026 program and opening-night screening of Moshe Rosenthal's Tell Me Everything at Sultan's Pool; the film had its Sundance world premiere, the first full-length Israeli feature there in a decade. The lineup includes about NIS 1 million in prizes, more than 25 international guests, a Sergei Loznitsa tribute, Israeli premieres and Jewish memory films including an Elie Wiesel documentary. Israeli culture remains a strategic asset: Jerusalem can host world cinema while honoring Jewish history and Israeli creativity.
