Magen David Adom said its Ayalon region emergency center received a report at 10:11 p.m. Saturday of an injured person on Derech Shimshon Tzur in Rehovot. Medics and paramedics treated a 28-year-old man and evacuated him to Kaplan Medical Center. MDA described him as moderately injured with a pelvic injury. The initial statement did not identify him or state how he was injured, the exact point on the road, whether another person or vehicle was involved, or whether police opened an investigation.
