The Israel Nature and Parks Authority reported heavy visitor traffic at Park HaMa'ayanot at noon Saturday and said the parking lot was completely full. The authority's park information says weekend and holiday visitors should arrive before 10 a.m. because of frequent crowding. Park entry remains free without advance registration and is based on available space. Private vehicles are not allowed inside the park, while pedestrians and cyclists may enter; the site page continued to list the park as open to the public without a general visitor cap.
