Police bomb-squad officers identified a stun grenade after an overnight explosion beside a private home in Tel Aviv's Tzahala neighborhood. Israel Police said the blast caused no injuries or property damage. North Tel Aviv station officers and Tel Aviv District bomb technicians collected evidence and opened an investigation. Police said the initial assessment points to a criminal background; the first notice did not give the exact time, identify the homeowner, a target or suspects, or report an arrest or motive.
