U.S. Imposes 12.5% Tariff on Israeli Goods Under Forced-Labor Trade Action

The United States announced an additional 12.5% Section 301 tariff on Israeli products, effective for goods entered from 12:01 a.m. Eastern time on July 24. The action covers 60 trading partners and follows investigations into whether they imposed and effectively enforced bans on imports made with forced labor.
