Trump Shelves Wider Iran Attack Over Interceptor Shortage

President Donald Trump has set aside, for now, plans to sharply widen U.S. strikes on Iran after military advisers warned that Iranian retaliation could dangerously drain Patriot and other air-defense interceptors in the Middle East. The decision followed 13 consecutive days of strikes, with Trump ordering no new attacks on Friday while talks involving Oman and Iran continued.
