Car-Scooter Collision Lightly Injures 16-Year-Old in Bnei Brak

United Hatzalah said a car and an electric scooter collided at the intersection of Hasmonaim Street and Menachem Begin Road in Bnei Brak late Wednesday. An ambulance crew and volunteer medics treated the scooter rider, a 16-year-old boy, for light injuries at the scene. The organization did not report any other casualties, identify the car's driver, or provide a cause for the collision in its initial notice. A photograph released from the scene showed emergency personnel and vehicles gathered at the junction during their response after the crash.
