Onyx Security Raises $113 Million to Govern Enterprise AI Agents

Tel Aviv-based Onyx Security has raised $113 million in a Series B round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with Cyberstarts, TCV, Conviction, FirstMark, Vintage Investment Partners, QuantumLight and G Squared participating. The company said the funding will expand its Secure AI Control Plane, which discovers enterprise AI agents and checks their actions before they take effect. Onyx says its platform already secures more than 1.1 million agents and inspects more than 66 million AI sessions in real time. The financing values the company at about $650 million, according to the Hebrew report.
