Education Ministry Lists Five Ramla High Schools for Excellence Rewards

Five Ramla upper-secondary schools were included in the Education Ministry's 2025–26 differential-reward list: Amal Yigal Alon, Alhuda, the Orthodox High School, ORT Lilienthal and Terra Santa. The program evaluates academic results, student advancement, dropout prevention, social and values-based achievement, improvement over previous years and pupils' starting points. Recognition includes monetary rewards for the teaching teams. Mayor Michael Vidal, education portfolio holder Avraham Dzhurayev and municipal education director Michal Hadad said the result recognized sustained work across the city's education system.
