Israel Land Authority Approves 40-Storey Jerusalem Entrance Plan

Israel Land Authority management approved the marketing framework for Complex C, Plot 5, in Jerusalem's Entrance District. The 5.3-dunam site includes about 99,400 square metres of development rights for a 40-storey tower and an eight-storey perimeter building. Planned uses include offices, retail, hotel space, culture, leisure, public green areas, underground parking and about 230 homes intended to support employment in the district. The wider 300-dunam development stretches from the Chords Bridge toward the former Foreign Ministry site. The tender is expected to remain open for 90 days.
