Lehavim and the Bnei Shimon Regional Council laid the cornerstone for a joint regional culture and employment complex at a ceremony attended by President Isaac Herzog. The plan includes a 500-seat cultural hall and a vocational training and employment center for people with disabilities. KKL-JNF said the complex is intended to serve communities across the northern Negev as a shared center for culture, community activity and accessible employment.
