Or Yehuda Opens 180-Space Public Lot at Former Bus Terminal

Or Yehuda has opened a public parking lot with about 180 spaces on the former bus-terminal site on Haroshet Street. The terminal moved to Ariel Sharon Street, freeing the parcel in the Diamond industrial zone. The municipal economic development company completed paving, lane markings and regulation after several months of work. The lot is available to residents, workers, businesses and visitors. Mayor Liat Shohat said reusing the vacated land is intended to ease parking pressure and support commerce in the surrounding employment area.
