Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy ordered prosecutors and the State Bureau of Investigation to reconstruct a shootout between Security Service of Ukraine and military-intelligence units in Kyiv’s Dniprovskyi district. He called the incident “absolutely disgraceful” and demanded internal investigations, accountability and personnel decisions in both agencies. Three HUR officers were wounded, according to Ukrainian reports. The SBU said a Defense Forces unit attacked investigators working on an alleged FSB plot, while a HUR unit commander accused SBU personnel of firing on unarmed intelligence officers; the competing accounts remain unresolved.
