IDF Kills Terrorist Who Crossed Gaza’s Yellow Line and Threatened Troops

Courtroom-sketch editorial illustration of two IDF soldiers inside a damaged Gaza building, seen across a cracked, bullet-marked window, drawn in warm ochre and slate-blue pastel with cross-hatching on sepia newsprint.

IDF troops operating in northern Gaza identified a terrorist who crossed the Yellow Line and approached them in a way the military said posed an immediate threat. The Israeli Air Force struck and killed him immediately after the identification, removing the threat to the troops. The IDF did not name the terrorist or give a more precise location in Gaza. It said Southern Command forces remain deployed in the area according to the agreement and will continue acting against immediate threats.
