IDF Warns Arab Salim Residents to Leave Area Near Hezbollah Facility

The IDF issued an urgent warning early Sunday for residents near a Hezbollah facility in Arab Salim, southern Lebanon. Arabic-language spokesperson Lt. Col. Ella Waweya told people in a building marked red on the accompanying map and neighboring buildings to leave immediately and move at least 300 meters away. She said the IDF planned to act against the facility after Hezbollah launched an explosive drone toward Israeli troops, calling the launch a flagrant ceasefire violation. Waweya said the military did not intend to harm residents and warned that remaining near the marked building endangered them.
